ADAM NOVIELLO 〰️

Adam Noviello (they/them) is a non binary singer-songwriter and actor, recently named by Triple J as 1 of ’10 Queer Artists To Discover Before They Blow Up’.

Their debut single, Heretic, wowed audiences near and far by hitting #1 on the Australian iTunes Dance Chart in 2022. The track featured on the Triple J Unearthed Pride Playlist, and also hit #5 on the Australian Independent Record Labels Association singles chart.

Adam’s debut EP, Tears, Drugs & Voicemails, was released by Global League Records in 2022 and would reach the iTunes Top 40 shortly after its release. TD&V contains Adam's debut single, iTunes Pop Chart Top 10 hit Another You, plus Satan’s Filing My Nails, released in 2023 revamped and reimagined with a new verse by theatre and fashion star LYNDON (Hamilton The Musical). Satan’s Filing My Nails featured in Vogue Australia, with the music video playing on MTV Hits throughout Sydney World Pride 2023.

Adam’s next single, I’ve Never Done This Before, reached the iTunes Pop Chart Top 20 and featured in the September issue of DNA Magazine, after which Adam travelled to the UK to promote the song with performances at the iconic Edinburgh Fringe Festival as well a multiple London venues including The Crazy Coqs on London’s West End.

They then released their hit single, Fumbling, which premiered on Triple J Unearthed LIVE radio, and was promoted with an Australian east coast tour. The Fumbling Tour played multiple dates including a main stage set at Brisbane’s iconic festival, Big Gay Day, plus the Honcho Disko x POOF DOOF collab, ‘Doof Disko', Queerbourhood, Sofar Sounds & Thursgay. Adam would go on to speak at the Australian Independent Record Label Association’s annual music event ‘Indie Con’, after the Fumbling music video was nominated for ‘Independent Music Video Of The Year’ at the 2024 AIR Awards. The track also featured in the promotional videos for Brisbane’s Melt Open Festival.

2024 saw the release of two further singles, No More and RECIPE. No More, an anthemic social justice track, and a collaboration with Greg Gould, Kate DeAraugo (Australian Idol Winner) and Kween Kong (Rupaul’s Drag Race Global All Stars Runner-Up), would help Adam achieve their first placement in the ARIA Charts, with Gould’s album ‘Strings Attached’ reaching the Aus Album’s Top 10. Adam then collaborated with YES HOMO on their latest bop RECIPE, with the single being launched to Adam’s biggest headline audience yet at Melbourne’s The Toff in Town.

In addition to Vogue Australia & DNA Magazine, Adam has graced the cover of A Modern Gay’s Guide magazine and featured in Scenstr, Lost In The Nordics, KALTBLUT, Buzz Music, Metal Magazine, QNews, Darkus Magazine and more.

Adam is also known for their work on Australian stages, having starred in national and international touring productions including Matilda the Musical, Priscilla: Queen of the Desert, Chess the Musical, as the title character in The Who’s Tommy, and most recently in Jesus Christ Superstar.
